UPDATE:
To All RMHS Class of 1957 Grads,
By now, you should have received your notice and reservation
forms for our 55 Year Reunion. Some of you have already
made your reservations. We are looking forward to having a
great turnout and a great time.
As you know, we will have a casual get together on Friday
night at the Emerald Beach Holiday Inn and a buffet dinner
on Saturday night. For those of you who do not have other
plans for the day on Saturday but want to continue visiting
with classmates and take in some of Corpus Christi's newer
attractions, we are suggesting lunch at the Brewster Street
Ice House. (You can check out this hot spot and the menu
online. Just google Brewster Street Ice House Corpus
Christi.)
We think it would be fun to wear "Once a
Buc, Always a Buc" shirts during the day on Saturday when we
go to Brewster's. Some of our classmates have these shirts
already, but just in case you don't, we will have them
available for sale on Friday. Or if you prefer, just wear
something purple or gold.
Do you want a "Once a Buc, Always a Buc"
tee shirt? If you would like to place an advance order,
just email Donna Durant Elledge -
donlyn6@yahoo.com with your size and whether you want
purple with gold letters or gold with purple letters. This
will give us an idea for
how many shirts to have on hand. We need
to know ASAP. The shirts sell for $10 for small to XL; $12
for XXL and XXXL. You can pay for it when you pick it up.
The proceeds will go to Roy Miller Alumni Association for
scholarships.
We are also planning a Photo Collage
display with pictures of previous reunions, class dinners,
you and your family or any other event in your life that you
would like to share with our classmates. Just bring
copies of your photos along with a separate note
identifying the people and/or place. We will have a large
board to pin pictures on so that all of our classmates can
enjoy them.
